Prototype developmentIf concept development is viewed as the "conception" of a product, then the prototype can be seen as the birth thereof. A prototype is NOT the only iteration between concept and production. For some simple low-volume applications, once prototpye run is often sufficient, but more often than not, a typical development will require at least 2 prototype iterations. Prototype development envolves component selection, schematic design & capture and PCB layout. |

ManufacturingWe often provide small to medium production runs of projects that where designed in-house. Having your product produced by the same people who designed it, makes for better quality products and faster turn-around times. We typically do production runs from 1 to 300 units at a time. All products are fully tested when they leave our premises. We can arrange production and testing at mass-production houses for you and thus provide a turnkey solution. |
